Australian Heritage began with a simple family vision. A father, a mother and a daughter, with the same quiet frustration: so many dresses look lovely on the hanger and then ask too much of you once the day gets going.
Too warm. Too clingy. Too fussy to wear to the shops, let alone all day. We never believed a woman had to choose between feeling comfortable and looking put together.
So since 2010 we have only chosen pieces that do both. Of everything we have picked for you, the Emma is the dress we find ourselves reaching for most. It is the one we wanted to write to you about.
