An order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment failure or another reasonable reason preventing fulfilment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where a delivery is significantly delayed.

Australian Heritage may work with international suppliers, fulfilment partners and logistics providers.

As a result, certain products may be shipped from fulfilment facilities located outside Australia.

6. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

6.1

In addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, Australian Heritage offers a 30-day change-of-mind return period.

The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.

6.2

To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending the product back.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The product you wish to return
• The reason for your return
• Photographs where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect

Our customer service team will then provide the appropriate return instructions.

6.3 Change-of-mind return costs

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we agree otherwise.

Depending on the product and fulfilment location, the return address may be located outside Australia.

Please do not return a product without first contacting our customer service team, as returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.

6.4 Return condition

For a change-of-mind return, products must generally be:

• Unworn and unused
• Clean
• Undamaged
• Returned with original tags where applicable
• Returned with included accessories
• Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

6.5 Refund processing

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the approved refund as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

We may decline a change-of-mind return where the product does not meet the conditions described above.

This does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, defective, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant products.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with rights and consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded where Australian Consumer Law applies.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a product does not comply with applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy available under applicable law.

7.3

Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy is separate from your statutory consumer rights.

The expiry of our change-of-mind return period does not automatically remove any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and in accordance with any product instructions provided.

Australian Heritage is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, neglect or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not reasonably intended, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Australian Heritage will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited under applicable law, including rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Website Availability and Accuracy

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay or technical errors.
