Promotion & Giveaway Conditions

At Australian Heritage, we love giving something back to our community. From time to time, we may run special promotions and giveaways through our website, email or social media channels.

To keep things simple, fair and transparent, the following conditions apply unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion.

Giveaway Conditions

• Entry into our giveaways is free of charge, unless clearly stated otherwise as part of a lawful promotion.
• The opening and closing dates of each giveaway will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional post.
• Any specific eligibility requirements, such as age or location, will also be stated in the individual giveaway.
• Employees of Australian Heritage, and where applicable their immediate family members, may not participate.
• Participants must follow the entry requirements stated in the relevant giveaway post.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise misuse the promotion may be excluded.
• For giveaways based on chance, the winner will be selected fairly through a random draw.
• Winners will be contacted directly through the social media account, email address or other contact method associated with their entry.
• We will never ask a winner to provide payment in order to claim a genuine Australian Heritage giveaway prize.
• Participants who are not selected as winners will generally not be contacted individually.
• Unless otherwise stated, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
• If a winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the promotion, another winner may be selected where permitted and appropriate.
• Australian Heritage may verify that a winner has complied with the giveaway conditions before awarding the prize.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional discounts apply only during the advertised promotional period.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotion began.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
• Certain products or collections may be excluded from a promotion.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability.
• Any additional conditions applying to a particular promotion will be clearly communicated with that offer.

Fair Participation

Australian Heritage reserves the right to exclude an entry where we reasonably believe there has been:

• Fraudulent activity
• Multiple or automated entries contrary to the promotion rules
• False information
• Manipulation of the giveaway
• Unlawful or inappropriate participation

We want every participant to have a fair chance.

Social Media Giveaways

Where a giveaway is promoted through a third-party social media platform, the promotion is operated by Australian Heritage unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where applicable, the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the relevant social media platform.

Participants should be cautious of fake accounts impersonating Australian Heritage. Winners will only be contacted through our official communication channels.

Australian Promotion Requirements

All Australian Heritage promotions will be conducted subject to applicable Australian laws and any relevant State or Territory requirements.

Where a permit, authority or other approval is required for a particular promotion, the promotion will be conducted subject to those requirements.

Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect a promotion, Australian Heritage may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

Any significant changes will be communicated through the same channel used to announce the promotion where reasonably possible.
